SPORTS CAMPS
IMG Academy sports camps provide a platform for athletes to hone their skills to improve their competitive performance. With camps available throughout the the whole year athletes are offered customisable programming options that are unique to their age, skill level, and athletic goals.
One training specialisation is available per week which may include speed and agility, strength and conditioning, leadership and communication, mental performance, recovery, English as a second language, and athlete assessment and injury prevention.

IMG+ COACHING
If you want to take your game to the next level then athletes must consider the IMG Academy's Plus Coaching. This personalised coaching offers one-on-one work with an IMG+ Coach to enhance sports training outcomes and achieve goals.
