1. All items purchased from our online store MUST be picked up on-site at the venue ON THE DAY of the purchase transaction. We do not offer shipping options for online orders at this time.

2. It is imperative that customers pick up their purchased items on the same day as the transaction. We cannot guarantee the availability of items for pickup beyond the day of purchase. Our inventory is dynamic and subject to change, and we cannot reserve items for extended periods. Any unclaimed items after the day of purchase will be returned to inventory and made available for purchase by other customers

3. Upon completing your purchase online, please be sure to provide proof of purchase to facilitate the pickup process at Athletics Stadium (Day 1 Only)  or Basecamp Swimming Pool.

4. In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances preventing same-day pickup, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
